As famous trademarks of clothes, jewellery and softwares, the plant varieties we represent are internationaly protected by licenses and patents.
PLA® leads the way by bringing new products to the market each season.
Unfortunatelly, some growers do not respect international law and reproduce our varieties without licences of propagation.
A part of the task of PLA® toward the plant breeders it represents, is to control every season the production of stock plants/mother plants and productions of finished plants at growers around the world.
Legal actions are taken every year.
This task is essential to guarantee a safe and fair market to our licensees as well as quality products to the consumer.
